class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>Park Rules \u2013 Terra Natura Murcia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure the safety, animal welfare and an enjoyable experience for all visitors, the following rules must be respected during your visit to Terra Natura Murcia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access and admission<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum capacity of the complex: <strong>2,880 visitors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It is <strong>not permitted to leave the park and re-enter using the same ticket<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Terra Natura may request <strong>proof of age or documentation<\/strong> to apply reduced or free admission.<\/li>\n<li>Terra Natura reserves the <strong>right of admission and removal<\/strong> in accordance with current regulations.<\/li>\n<li>The park closing will be announced <strong>10 minutes before evacuation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Park responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terra Natura is not responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>suspension or modification of animal talks<\/strong> due to weather conditions, technical issues or force majeure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lost or stolen items<\/strong> within the park premises.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damage to vehicles or belongings<\/strong> in the parking area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safety and behaviour<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Smoking is prohibited<\/strong> inside the park once you have passed the ticket offices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Running or improper use of facilities is not allowed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Please <strong>keep the park clean and use the designated bins<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Access with <strong>animals or dangerous objects is not permitted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors must follow the <strong>instructions given by park staff and lifeguards at all times<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food and restricted items<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Food and drinks may only be consumed <strong>in designated areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The following items are not permitted inside the park:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coolers or cooler backpacks <strong>larger than 30 \u00d7 20 \u00d7 20 cm<\/strong> or with a <strong>capacity greater than 10 litres<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shopping carts or industrial food containers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glass containers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parasols, loungers, chairs or stools<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For security reasons, Terra Natura may <strong>check bags or backpacks at the entrance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Animal information and exhibitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For <strong>veterinary or biological reasons<\/strong>, some species may not be visible at certain times.<\/li>\n<li>Some <strong>facilities, exhibitions or activities may be temporarily closed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Image and filming rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terra Natura complies with the current legislation regarding <strong>data protection and image rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-2388-0-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell panel-grid-cell-empty\" ><\/div><div textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>Water park rules<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure safety in aquatic facilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Showering before using the facilities is mandatory.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Visitors must wear\u00a0<strong>swimwear and appropriate footwear (flip-flops or water shoes)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Bathing with\u00a0<strong>street clothes, buttons or zippers<\/strong>\u00a0is not allowed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eating or drinking in swimming areas is not permitted.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Crossing the marked pool boundaries is prohibited.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slide restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Minimum height:<\/strong> 1.20 m.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximum weight:<\/strong> 110 kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Slides may not be used by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>People with <strong>cardiovascular or musculoskeletal conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pregnant women<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>People who have recently undergone surgery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The use of attractions <strong>under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use of floats<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only <strong>park floats are allowed in the Lazy River and slides<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Children\u2019s floats for children under 4 years old<\/strong> (not provided by the park) must be <strong>approved safety floats<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Floats are <strong>not permitted in the children's pool Grave Island<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rules for children<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Children under 10 years old must always be accompanied by an adult<\/strong> in pools and children's areas.<\/li>\n<li>Some attractions <strong>require visitors to be able to swim<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal belongings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visitors are advised <strong>not to carry valuable items<\/strong> while using pools or slides.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional information for visitors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Operation of facilities and activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Animal talks, exhibitions, attractions and park facilities <strong>may be modified, delayed or suspended<\/strong> due to weather conditions, technical issues, veterinary reasons or animal welfare.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Availability of facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Some facilities or <strong>do not automatically imply park closure or ticket refunds<\/strong>, except in exceptional circumstances requiring the <strong>complete closure of the
