              B.-Encargados del Tratamiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n

              En los casos en que lo estime conveniente y atendiendo siempre a sus fines, GENERALA TERRA NATURA U.T.E podr\u00e1 contratar con cualquier persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica para que, s\u00f3lo o conjuntamente con otros, trate los datos de car\u00e1cter personal por cuenta de GENERALA TERRA NATURA U.T.E.               IV.- DERECHOS DE ACCESO, RECTIFICACI\u00d3N, CANCELACI\u00d3N Y OPOSICI\u00d3N<\/h3>\n

Estos derechos \u00fanicamente podr\u00e1n ser ejercitados por el propio interesado, o su representante legal, previa acreditaci\u00f3n de su identidad, o en su caso, de la suficiencia de la representaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

              B.- Los derechos de rectificaci\u00f3n y cancelaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1n ser ejercitados, con arreglo a las siguientes previsiones, siempre y cuando el cliente considere que los datos recogidos en nuestros ficheros son inexactos, incompletos, inadecuados o excesivos.
