At Terra Natura Murcia we are ever more conscious of our responsibility to society. In the last few years we have launched different collaborative projects to make our park more accessible to those with special needs, doing our part for a society that is more and more global.

Here are some projects that we have undertaken:

1. Meeting with various associations to ensure that our park is accessible to handicapped persons.
2. Working alongside other organizations on projects for handicapped persons. For example, using funding from the Vodafone Foundation to add QR codes to signage to make the information easier to read and audible.
3. Sponsoring a project called “TWELVE MONTHS TOGETHER”, in which we offer a guided visit adapted to the needs of a special group. The event is offered to local associations and organizations once a month throughout the year.
4. Including personnel with special needs on our team at Terra Natura Murcia.
5. Participating in a program of “animal therapy” for special needs individuals that is one of a kind in Europe
6. Signing collaboration agreements with associations such as the regional blood services center.
