Zoo Norms

  • The full capacity of the complex: 2,880 people.
  • Access to our facilities with portable coolers, cooler bags or cooler backpacks with measurements greater than: 30 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm or with a capacity greater than 10 litres is not allowed.
  • It is not allowed to leave the zoo and re-enter with the same entry ticket. In case of leaving and wanting to re-enter, visitors must purchase the access ticket again.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the entire facilities of Terra Natura Murcia once visitor enter through the park’s ticket office.
  • Park’s maximum capacity is of 2.880 people.
  • Terra Natura Murcia may ask to for documents to prove the age of visitors in order to have reduced prices in entry tickets for children (from 3 to 12 years old), senior (+60 years old) or free entry for children under 3 years old.
  • Terra Natura reserves the right of admission to and expulsion from the installations of the park it operates, in accordance with legal provisions and regulations.
  • It is forbidden to eat or drink except in designated areas.
  • It is forbidden to enter the park with any object or utensil that might impede the normal activity of the park or put the visitors or the installations in danger.
  • It is not permitted to enter the park with animals.
  • For security reasons it is neither permitted to run around in the installations, nor to make unauthorized use of the same.
  • Terra Natura reserves the right to modify opening and closing hours for over-capacity or force majeure.
  • Terra Natura shall not be responsible for the suspension or un-announced modification of shows and biological demonstrations due to adverse weather or technical conditions, or to any other case of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances.
  • Entrance tickets will not be refunded due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures or any other case of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances.
  • Terra Natura reserves the exclusive and excluding rights to filmmaking within its precincts, and to the commercial use of such material, and to the recourse to legal action should there be a violation of these rights by a third party.
  • Access to the park with shopping carts or any type of industrial food container is not allowed.

 

  • Terra Natura is not responsible for objects lost or stolen in any part of our installations.
  • For security and if deemed necessary, Terra Natura reserves the right to request that you open handbags or pieces of luggage for inspection.
  • Parking tickets and Access tickets to Terra Natura are not refundable for their economic value.
  • Terra Natura takes no responsibility for objects left in the interior of vehicles parked in their installations.
  • Respect the safe distances marked in the animal areas. Terra Natura takes no responsibility for material damage in cases where security norms are not respected.
  • It is forbidden to touch or feed the animals, except in areas designed specifically for this purpose as designated by signs and by park personnel.
  • These norms are subject to modification or alteration by Terra Natura for any reason related to the proper function of the park.
  • Compliance with these norms will ensure that the visit to Terra Natura will be the more agreeable for all.
  • For the sake of good order, departure from the park facilities will be announced ten minutes before closing.

Water Park Norms

  • It is not allowed to leave the zoo/waterpark and re-enter with the same entry ticket. In case of leaving and wanting to re-enter, visitors must purchase the access ticket again.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the entire facilities of Terra Natura Murcia once visitor enter through the park’s ticket office.
  • Park’s maximum capacity is of 2880 people.
  • Swimmers must shower before every swim.
  • It is forbidden to enter the water park areas with street clothes or shoes. Please use the locker room to change into your bathing clothes.
  • Access to the pool and slide areas requires adequate footwear such as flipflops or sandals.
  • Appropriate swimwear is required for the swimming pools and slides.
  • We recommend the use of a swim cap for the pool and slides.
  • Children under 10 years old must be accompanied at all times in the swimming pools and kid’s zones.
  • For security reasons it is not permitted to run around in the installations.
  • For safety reasons, the minimum height for slides is 1,20m. There are measurement points throughout the park. The maximum weight for the slides is 110kg.
  • For safety reasons, the use of slides is prohibited for people with cardiovascular problems, musculoskeletal problems, recent medical-surgical interventions and pregnant women (unless presenting medical document by their specialist doctor).
  • Clothing with buttons or zippers is not permitted on the slides.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed inside the bathing and slide areas.
  • No glass containers are permitted inside the park.

 

  • Help us keep the park clean: use rubbish bins for all waste.
  • Only official park flotation devices may be used in the Slow River and on slides. Flotation devices are not permitted on Grave Island.
  • Personal floaters for toddlers under 4 years of age may be used even if they are not official park devices.
  • For security and to avoid loss, we recommend you do not bring valuable items to the pool and slide areas.
  • Swimmers must not pass the boundary lines or markers.
  • It is imperative to respect the norms of use for all attractions at all times, as well as to heed all instructions and warnings from lifeguards in the water park.
  • The lifeguards organize the turns for users on all slides. Please follow their instructions at all times.
  • You must know how to swim in order to be able to use some of the park attractions.
  • The use of slides and swimming pools is prohibited to those who are under the effects of alcohol or drugs.
  • A list of specific norms for each attraction is available in the Customer Service office, as well as at the entrance to each attraction.
  • Animals may not enter the Water area.
  • Umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs and stools are forbidden in the Water area.
  • Public announcements will be made throughout the zoo and water park 10 minutes before closing. Visitors should make their way to the exits in a timely and orderly fashion.
