Zoo/Water Park Norms

Park Rules – Terra Natura Murcia

To ensure the safety, animal welfare and an enjoyable experience for all visitors, the following rules must be respected during your visit to Terra Natura Murcia.

 

Access and admission

  • Maximum capacity of the complex: 2,880 visitors.
  • It is not permitted to leave the park and re-enter using the same ticket.
  • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Terra Natura may request proof of age or documentation to apply reduced or free admission.
  • Terra Natura reserves the right of admission and removal in accordance with current regulations.
  • The park closing will be announced 10 minutes before evacuation.

 

Park responsibility

Terra Natura is not responsible for:

  • The suspension or modification of animal talks due to weather conditions, technical issues or force majeure.
  • Lost or stolen items within the park premises.
  • Damage to vehicles or belongings in the parking area.

 

Safety and behaviour

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the park once you have passed the ticket offices.
  • Running or improper use of facilities is not allowed.
  • Please keep the park clean and use the designated bins.
  • Access with animals or dangerous objects is not permitted.
  • Visitors must follow the instructions given by park staff and lifeguards at all times.

 

Food and restricted items

Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas.

The following items are not permitted inside the park:

  • Coolers or cooler backpacks larger than 30 × 20 × 20 cm or with a capacity greater than 10 litres.
  • Shopping carts or industrial food containers.
  • Glass containers.
  • Parasols, loungers, chairs or stools.

For security reasons, Terra Natura may check bags or backpacks at the entrance.

 

Animal information and exhibitions

  • For veterinary or biological reasons, some species may not be visible at certain times.
  • Some facilities, exhibitions or activities may be temporarily closed.

 

Image and filming rights

Terra Natura complies with the current legislation regarding data protection and image rights.

 

 

Water park rules

To ensure safety in aquatic facilities:

    • Showering before using the facilities is mandatory.
    • Visitors must wear swimwear and appropriate footwear (flip-flops or water shoes).
    • Bathing with street clothes, buttons or zippers is not allowed.
    • Eating or drinking in swimming areas is not permitted.
    • Crossing the marked pool boundaries is prohibited.

 

Slide restrictions

  • Minimum height: 1.20 m.
  • Maximum weight: 110 kg.

Slides may not be used by:

  • People with cardiovascular or musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Pregnant women.
  • People who have recently undergone surgery.

The use of attractions under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

 

Use of floats

  • Only park floats are allowed in the Lazy River and slides.
  • Children’s floats for children under 4 years old (not provided by the park) must be approved safety floats.
  • Floats are not permitted in the children's pool Grave Island.

Rules for children

  • Children under 10 years old must always be accompanied by an adult in pools and children's areas.
  • Some attractions require visitors to be able to swim.

 

Personal belongings

Visitors are advised not to carry valuable items while using pools or slides.

Operation of facilities and activities

Animal talks, exhibitions, attractions and park facilities may be modified, delayed or suspended due to weather conditions, technical issues, veterinary reasons or animal welfare.

 

Availability of facilities

Some facilities or attractions may be temporarily closed for operational, maintenance or safety reasons.

 

Weather conditions

Weather conditions do not automatically imply park closure or ticket refunds, except in exceptional circumstances requiring the complete closure of the park.

 

Entry to the park implies acceptance of these rules.
