Manage your booking
To schedule your visit to Terra Natura Murcia, please send us an email to info.murcia@terranatura.com from Monday to Tuesday from 9am to 6pm and on Friday from 9am to 2pm, indicating the following details:
- Name of the centre (if you are requesting an invoice, please send us the centre's fiscal details).
- Address of the centre.
- Date of visit chosen.
- Approximate number of people who will visit us, detailing child, adult or senior
Once we have received your details, we will send you confirmation of your request by means of an attached reservation, which you must also present at the ticket office on the day of the visit.
Guided tour
Rate: 80€ - 3 HOURS – MAXIMUN GROUP OF 25 PEOPLE.

Minimum 20 paying people with prior reservation.
Infant from 0-2: free with an adult entrance payed.
Child from 3-12: 11€
Adult from 13 a 59: 15€
Senior over 60: 11€
1 free person each 20 people, by prior reservation.
SUMMER SEASON: Zoo + water park

Rules and conditions
- Access to our facilities with portable coolers, cooler bags or cooler backpacks with measurements greater than: 30 cm x 20 cm x 20 cm or with a capacity greater than 10 litres is not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the entire facilities of Terra Natura Murcia once visitor enter through the park’s ticket office.
- Persons aged 14 or under cannot enter the park without being accompanied by an adult. Children aged 15 and over may enter the park provided they are not in the care of a minor (under 14 years of age).
- It is not permitted to leave our zoo/aquarium and re-enter with the same ticket. If you leave the zoo and wish to re-enter, you will have to buy a new entrance ticket.
- For safety reasons, the minimum height for slides is 1,20m. There are measurement points throughout the park. The maximum weight for the slides is 110kg
